Mission Revenue Accelerator™ is committed to your success. We offer the following refund policy for our products and services:
 

Digital Products & Self-Paced Programs

Products under $1,000 are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the materials.
 

Coaching Programs & Group Intensives

Programs $1,000-$5,000 are eligible for refund within 14 days of the program start date, provided you have not accessed more than two sessions or substantial program materials.
 

Custom Consulting & Strategy Services

Custom services $5,000+ are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial strategy session. Partial refunds may be provided based on work completed.
 

Grant Writing Services

Custom grant writing projects are billed on a milestone basis. If you're unsatisfied with deliverables at any milestone, you may discontinue services.

Our Performance Guarantees

Several programs include specific performance guarantees (such as revenue capacity guarantees). These guarantees function as outlined in the individual program agreements and may provide for additional coaching rather than refunds.
 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
  • Your name and organization
  • Product/service purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Brief reason for refund request
Refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Free assessments and consultations
  • Services already rendered or completed
  • Alumni community access after program completion
